Aesthetic Nurse Specialist – Now Hiring!

The Aesthetic Nurse Specialist is a critical member of the Rejuv team.  This position is responsible for: Delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments  with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws;  delighting patients with exceptional customer service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Rejuv products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Rejuv products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Delivers on Rejuv’s promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Rejuv guidelines
  • Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
  • Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols
  • Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
  • Educates all non-members as to benefits of Rejuv membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members
  • Ensures 85% + booked clinic schedule
  • Represents Rejuv Purpose and Values in all circumstances

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse credential
  • Licensed to practice in North Dakota
  • Vision must by 20/20 or corrected to 20/20
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

Patient Services Specialist – Now Hiring!

The Patient Service Specialist is a crucial member of the Rejuv team. This position is responsible for: Delighting patients with exceptional customer service; answering the phone with a smile and completing all reservations with 100% accuracy; ensuring efficient patient flow through the Clinic; having up-to-date knowledge about Rejuv products and services; educating patients about Rejuv products, services, and policies. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Executing the day-to-day functions of the clinic reception desk including but not limited to scheduling appointments, intaking patient information, purchases and transactions, stocking inventory and merchandising 
  • Educating potential and existing patients on treatment and product knowledge 
  • Delivering on Rejuv’s mission of sparking joy by creating a WOW in all interactions 
  • Participating and excelling in accomplishing sales goals through: up-selling, crossselling,  and closing on products/packages 
  • Ensuring membership conversion is a priority through effectively communicating benefits, encouraging new sales, and participating in retention tactics 
  • Delivering an unparallel patient experience 
  • Providing internal support services 
  • Participating in supporting the Rejuv culture standards  
  • Maintaining exceptional facility appearance 

 

 Requirements/Qualifications: 

  • Education LevelHigh school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Job Related/Industry Experience: A minimum of one year customer service experience; sales and or administration experience is preferred 
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills

This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Rejuv Medical Aesthetic Clinic.
